FEE SCHEDULE: Effective February 1st, 2006

Initial Office Visit (OV): $ 90 Subsequent Office Visit: $90 Office visit within 30 days: $70 Morning-After Pill: $30 plus Pregnancy Test $10.

MEDICALLY-INDUCED "CHEMICAL" ABORTION with mifepristone(Mifeprex), also known as RU-486, plus misoprostol: the $445 total fee includes counselling; two (2) sonograms; the two medications; all your office visits over a four (4) week period;
and if the medically-induced abortion fails, there is no charge for a suction curettage provided it is performed by us and in our faciliy.

EARLY VACUUM ASPIRATION (EVA) IS THE PREFERRED OPTION AVAILABLE FOR EARLY ABORTION between 3 - 6 weeks LMP. Fees are the same as for a Vacuum Aspiration between 7 - 12 wks LMP: $350 with Medium Twighlight; and $400 with Heavy Twighlight anesthesia. Choice of Oral Valium ($220) is available only for 7- 12 wsk LMP. Fees include a two-step vaginal ultrasound to quickly verify that patient is no longer pregnant. First, the ultrasound is performed before the procedure. If a gestational sac is found, the ultrasound will be repeated immediately after the procedure, before patient leaves the operating table. In addition, we will perform a microscopic study to quickly find pregnancy products in the aspirate. You may - or may not - need to have two quantitative blood pregnancy tests after the procedure to measure the beta-hCG hormone, if a question remains that you may have an ectopic pregnancy; or to verify the success of the procedure in three (3) or four (4) days. You may need to add $100 charge if these two blood tests are needed.

Medicaid , Military, Full Time Student Discount: $10 for Heavy Twightlight Anesthesia, if under/ over 12 wks, respectively.
Fees for termination of pregnancy include individualized counselling, the lab work, the procedure, a sample of oral contraceptive pills and a two-week follow up visit. FEES FOR TERMINATION DO NOT INCLUDE treatment of ectopic pregnancy, emergency room and hospital charges, and any services not provided by us at our facility.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, in cash, money order, traveller's check, certified check or money order, or credit card. Our staff will complete the insurance paperwork for patient's insurance reimbursement.
